Cook Brothers Inc., owns and manages a project based voucher program.

The Section 8 financial assistance provides a subsidy that helps bridge the gap between the rents needed to make a project feasible and the rents affordable to the tenants.

In July of 2009 Cook Brothers Incorporated purchased four Section 8 properties.

Two of the properties are located in Idamay WV. With additional properties in Carolina and Rivesville, all properties are located within Marion County, WV.
